They were also able to correct our ducting setup which now allows for more even air flow thru ought our whole home. We would definitely use them in the future for all our HVAC needs. Had a new system installed a year ago, got a great price and the system has been working perfectly until recently. Late last week my system stopped working, a rare occasion the compressor went out. Connor was my service tech and came over and diagnosed it quickly. Was able to get the part ordered in a couple days and installed it within a couple hours. Connor was very nice and professional and cared about giving the best customer service. Through brief conversation he said he loves what he does which increased my confidence I was in good hands. Thankfully my situation was handled under warranty. From my experience I’d recommend choosing Artic Air

This replacement and new installation went into a rental property. The company representative promptly contacted me about my service need. Within a few hours there was a completed price estimate as we had discussed. During another telephone conversation, the representative explained the new a/c heater unit was the same brand as I had. The only difference being American Standard owns Trane. He made suggestions for improvement with several options. None of the suggestions were expensive. The companyâ s back log was only a few days. The date was set and equipment was reserved. The service personnel kept the appointment, showing up 5 minutes early. A few hours later, everything was replaced, instructions were given and the job was complete. The renter of the home told when the a/c was turned on, the inside temperature was 80 degrees. Within the hour, the temperature had dropped to 72 degrees. During this his cool down time, specific operation instructions were given. Not only satisfied, but 100% satisfied.

They were on time, courteous and professional. They cleaned up the work site of everything that was part of the job. The quality of our new air handler/A/C unit is top notch. The price was reasonable and affordable. I definitely recommend them for your HVAC services.

Artic Air is a life saver! They came to our house the day after requesting them to repair the A/C (which did not cool) and saved us from this heat! Ryan Franco was our A/C Technician and he was extremely skilled talented patient and kind. He took the time to explain the issues and kept us informed during the repair process. Ryan assisted us in a friendly and respectful manner so we understood what he was doing to repair our A/C and also kept us apprised of the cost.
