I’m here to negate all few negative comments about Arctic Air Conditioner service and repair. I have used them for several years and not one time had a bad experience. I would recommend them to my family and friends in a Heartbeat. They always provide excellent courteous and prompt service no matter the time or reason for my call. I will call Arctic Air every time.

This replacement and new installation went into a rental property. The company representative promptly contacted me about my service need. Within a few hours there was a completed price estimate as we had discussed. During another telephone conversation, the representative explained the new a/c heater unit was the same brand as I had. The only difference being American Standard owns Trane. He made suggestions for improvement with several options. None of the suggestions were expensive. The companyâ s back log was only a few days. The date was set and equipment was reserved. The service personnel kept the appointment, showing up 5 minutes early. A few hours later, everything was replaced, instructions were given and the job was complete. The renter of the home told when the a/c was turned on, the inside temperature was 80 degrees. Within the hour, the temperature had dropped to 72 degrees. During this his cool down time, specific operation instructions were given. Not only satisfied, but 100% satisfied.

Had a new system installed a year ago, got a great price and the system has been working perfectly until recently. Late last week my system stopped working, a rare occasion the compressor went out. Connor was my service tech and came over and diagnosed it quickly. Was able to get the part ordered in a couple days and installed it within a couple hours. Connor was very nice and professional and cared about giving the best customer service. Through brief conversation he said he loves what he does which increased my confidence I was in good hands. Thankfully my situation was handled under warranty. From my experience I’d recommend choosing Artic Air

Excellent & Most Professional AC Company in the Odessa/Midland Area. I had my AC brake down and needed a new one installed ASAP. I contacted over 8 HVAC companies and this one came in at the most competitive price!

They were able to install my unit, on day after I called them. The job took them no more than 4 hours total. I purchased a 4 ton 16 SEER AC, and received guaranteed 10 year warranty. Very happy with my decision!!

We recently had Artic Air insall a new central A/C and heating unit. Jeremiah is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed. Not too much or too little but just perfect and a Great price!!. The techs were right on time and did an amazing job. They were very professional and polite and I cant say enough good things about them. We also wanted to put some addtional insulation in our attic. Jeremiah gave us a couple of options and we chose to go with the spray foam and are we ever glad we did. The insulation techs showed up the next day after the A/C install. They also did an outstanding job!! Very professional and polite as well. Everyone at Artic Air is top notch!!! Isreal even came by today just do a followup and make sure eveything was working great. I would highly recommend them!! 5 stars for sure!!
