Their customer service was top notch. I was needing my whole Central Unit replaced, I got ahold of them at 7pm and they came out that night after hours to give me an estimate which every other company I contacted wanted to do it on their schedule. They were then at my home installing the new unit bright and early the next morning. The new unit was installed and up and running by the time I returned from work. The service guy was very helpful answering all my questions. They even cut in new ducts for me right where I wanted them for no extra charge. I was beyond satisfied and would recommend Artic Air to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

Replaced entire Ductwork in my attic as well as a brand new central heat and air unit all in one day ! Lots of people there and got the work done all in one day so our household wouldnâ t be without Air. A salesman came and found out what I needed and got the job done very quick. Had and emergency situation and (as it usually is when you lose your AC in Midland summer) and they came out early the next day to discuss options. We had a unique situation and they worked with our insurance company and knew what they expected. We were even able to rent some cooling units until ours was fixed. We had also been wanting to upgrade the insulation in the attic and were very impressed by the crews professionalism, work, and fast pace. Highly recommend for all HVAC needs.

With so many companies to choose from, Artic Air is definitely the way to go! I felt like I was in great hands from the get-go. It’s understandable every AC company is busy during the summer but they scheduled me in an acceptable timly manner. Quick and arriving ON time is huge for me. Time is money and it wasn’t wasted. Professional and respectful. The tech was very informative about the problem and solution to the issues. No worries about add-on’s or a surprise charge for something I wasn’t expecting. Pricing was comparable, fair, and it was thoroughly explained. Its hard to find the whole package with any company these days but Artic Air takes the cake, and has a whole jar of cherries on top! Highly recommend, and would use them again!

Arctic Air was a completely pleasant experience from the phone call to the service call !!!! Super friendly employees who were helpful and attentive. Service repairman, Frank, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He patiently explained what was happening with our system and gave us instructions on continued care and maintenance that we could do ourselves. He stayed for a few minutes after fixing our unit to ensure it would be ok. Overall they were outstanding in our books!!!

They were very prompt to get my unit installed. They worried about my comfort first and payment later. Definitely a company to do business with! All of the staff, from the office to the field were so nice throughout the entire experience.

In addition, I just received my first electric bill since the installment and it was 1/3 of was I was previously paying! It was well worth the cost!

Had a new system installed a year ago, got a great price and the system has been working perfectly until recently. Late last week my system stopped working, a rare occasion the compressor went out. Connor was my service tech and came over and diagnosed it quickly. Was able to get the part ordered in a couple days and installed it within a couple hours. Connor was very nice and professional and cared about giving the best customer service. Through brief conversation he said he loves what he does which increased my confidence I was in good hands. Thankfully my situation was handled under warranty. From my experience I’d recommend choosing Artic Air

Artic Air always travels to my town to help us with our a/c issues. I cannot get my hometown HVAC businesses to respond as quickly. I had 3 different a/c outages and completely replaced two 5-ton systems inside and out. The 3rd system, they found a part to keep this system going another year while we pay off the other two complete systems. Their maintenance is amazing. They check for things nobody else did. I have totally switched all my HVAC needs over to Artic Air in Midland. Highly recommend them.
