Asked for an estimate for a new air conditioner. They came out the next day after the request and provided a good estimate. It was a little out of my budget (not their fault) so I couldn’t actually have it installed but they seem like a good squared away company to do business with.

We recently had Artic Air insall a new central A/C and heating unit. Jeremiah is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed. Not too much or too little but just perfect and a Great price!!. The techs were right on time and did an amazing job. They were very professional and polite and I cant say enough good things about them. We also wanted to put some addtional insulation in our attic. Jeremiah gave us a couple of options and we chose to go with the spray foam and are we ever glad we did. The insulation techs showed up the next day after the A/C install. They also did an outstanding job!! Very professional and polite as well. Everyone at Artic Air is top notch!!! Isreal even came by today just do a followup and make sure eveything was working great. I would highly recommend them!! 5 stars for sure!!

Called numerous people, these guys squeezed us in in a decent tike si our indoor animals would have ac. Very professional said 20 mins was here in 15 got the ac fixed in under an hour. Will use again

Ralph did an amazing job fixing a slab leak at my house. We had water coming up out of our floor and he was able to demo with minimal damage. In fact, I only need to replace one tile. Thanks!

Israel and crew were great. They showed up on time and did an amazing job repairing and sealing our ducting. They were also able to correct our ducting setup which now allows for more even air flow thru ought our whole home. We would definitely use them in the future for all our HVAC needs. They were also very professional and willing to take time to explain the repairs in detail.

I needed two old heat pump systems replaced. I got bids from 4 companies. Arctic Air had the best deal. Both systems were replaced in one day. No problems, great service!

Artic Air is a life saver! They came to our house the day after requesting them to repair the A/C (which did not cool) and saved us from this heat! I tried my home warranty people and others that could not get to us for days and/or weeks. I found the woman in the office at Artic Air answering the phone to be quick and knowledgeable in answering all my questions in a very professional and pleasant manner. Ryan Franco was our A/C Technician and he was extremely skilled talented patient and kind. He took the time to explain the issues and kept us informed during the repair process. Ryan assisted us in a friendly and respectful manner so we understood what he was doing to repair our A/C and also kept us apprised of the cost. Ryan was upfront honest and a concerned gentleman in all respects. We feel we had the best customer service ever because of Ryan. We would highly recommend Artic Air in Odessa TX for any A/C issues. It isn’t often a customer is treated with such respect and concern by a highly skilled knowledgeable technician. Thank you!

I’m here to negate all few negative comments about Arctic Air Conditioner service and repair. I have used them for several years and not one time had a bad experience. I would recommend them to my family and friends in a Heartbeat. They always provide excellent courteous and prompt service no matter the time or reason for my call. I will call Arctic Air every time.

Artic Air always travels to my town to help us with our a/c issues. I cannot get my hometown HVAC businesses to respond as quickly. I had 3 different a/c outages and completely replaced two 5-ton systems inside and out. The 3rd system, they found a part to keep this system going another year while we pay off the other two complete systems. Their maintenance is amazing. They check for things nobody else did. I have totally switched all my HVAC needs over to Artic Air in Midland. Highly recommend them.

They were very prompt to get my unit installed. They worried about my comfort first and payment later. Definitely a company to do business with! All of the staff, from the office to the field were so nice throughout the entire experience.

In addition, I just received my first electric bill since the installment and it was 1/3 of was I was previously paying! It was well worth the cost!
