With so many companies to choose from, Artic Air is definitely the way to go! I felt like I was in great hands from the get-go. It’s understandable every AC company is busy during the summer but they scheduled me in an acceptable timly manner. Quick and arriving ON time is huge for me. Time is money and it wasn’t wasted. Professional and respectful. The tech was very informative about the problem and solution to the issues. No worries about add-on’s or a surprise charge for something I wasn’t expecting. Pricing was comparable, fair, and it was thoroughly explained. Its hard to find the whole package with any company these days but Artic Air takes the cake, and has a whole jar of cherries on top!
