Had and emergency situation and (as it usually is when you lose your AC in Midland summer) and they came out early the next day to discuss options. We had a unique situation and they worked with our insurance company and knew what they expected. We were even able to rent some cooling units until ours was fixed. We had also been wanting to upgrade the insulation in the attic and were very impressed by the crews professionalism, work, and fast pace. Highly recommend for all HVAC needs.

Had a new system installed a year ago, got a great price and the system has been working perfectly until recently. Late last week my system stopped working, a rare occasion the compressor went out. Connor was my service tech and came over and diagnosed it quickly. Was able to get the part ordered in a couple days and installed it within a couple hours. Connor was very nice and professional and cared about giving the best customer service. Through brief conversation he said he loves what he does which increased my confidence I was in good hands. Called numerous people, these guys squeezed us in in a decent tike si our indoor animals would have ac. Very professional said 20 mins was here in 15 got the ac fixed in under an hour. Will use again

Arctic Air was a completely pleasant experience from the phone call to the service call !!!! Super friendly employees who were helpful and attentive. Service repairman, Frank, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He patiently explained what was happening with our system and gave us instructions on continued care and maintenance that we could do ourselves. He stayed for a few minutes after fixing our unit to ensure it would be ok. Overall they were outstanding in our books!!!

They were very prompt to get my unit installed. They worried about my comfort first and payment later. Definitely a company to do business with! All of the staff, from the office to the field were so nice throughout the entire experience.

In addition, I just received my first electric bill since the installment and it was 1/3 of was I was previously paying! It was well worth the cost!

Israel and crew were great. They showed up on time and did an amazing job repairing and sealing our ducting. They were also able to correct our ducting setup which now allows for more even air flow thru ought our whole home. We would definitely use them in the future for all our HVAC needs. They were also very professional and willing to take time to explain the repairs in detail.

I’m here to negate all few negative comments about Arctic Air Conditioner service and repair. I have used them for several years and not one time had a bad experience. I would recommend them to my family and friends in a Heartbeat. They always provide excellent courteous and prompt service no matter the time or reason for my call. Excellent & Most Professional AC Company in the Odessa/Midland Area. I had my AC brake down and needed a new one installed ASAP. I contacted over 8 HVAC companies and this one came in at the most competitive price!

They were able to install my unit, on day after I called them. The job took them no more than 4 hours total. I purchased a 4 ton 16 SEER AC, and received guaranteed 10 year warranty. Very happy with my decision!!
